Photo nomination

I was skimming through the junk email folder of my email account one day when I discovered a new message that looked suspiciously "legitimate". I opened the message and it read:

"I am writing to let you know that one of your photos has been short-listed for inclusion in the second edition of our Schmap Australia Guide, to be published mid-May 2008...".

Turned out that Schmap discovered a photo of Port Noarlunga (at Adelaide) which I had taken and uploaded to my photo sharing site about a year ago. WOW!!

I'll only get to know if my photo has been included when the guide is released. In any case, it's nice to hear news like that. Thanks Schmap! And biggest thanks to Karen for the ride to Port Noarlunga :)
